Smallholder Poultry farmers scoop several awards at District Agricultural Show
Women in poultry farming business received several awards at the just ended Marondera District Agricultural Show held at St Nicholas Primary School in Mahusekwa on the 26th of July 2019. Molyn Masaga (Lead farmer and ISAL Facilitator) was awarded Overall Winner whilst Janet Tsoka came out second Overall Winner in poultry farming. Among the prizes won were fertilizers, watering cans and maize seed. The ceremony celebrated and showed appreciation for the phenomenal work that rural women are doing in the agricultural sector.
