pigad teaching COVID-19 measures through practice

pigad has been empowering communities to practice COVID-19 measures, during farmer sensitization and registration meetings carried out in Chipinge and Chimanimani Districts. This was done during the implementation of Cyclone IDAI small livestock restocking project in Manicaland.

Farmers learnt about COVID-19 post-lockdown measures, transmission patterns and personal preventative measures like maintaining 1-2 meters social distance throughout the meeting as this is not publicly understood and respected. Several meetings are being held in the two districts.
