Grabbing opportunities as they come
A Marondera smallholder poultry farmer has diversified and started sewing home made masks during the COVID-19 lockdown.Blessing Marwirokuwa, a 34-year-old man staying in ward 11 of Marondera district is now enjoying the proceeds. He joined pigad poultry project in 2018. He is selling at US$1 per mask. His regular customers are poultry farmers as well as local institutions.
